Shipping & Delivery Policy

Processing Time All orders are processed and shipped within 3–5 business days after order confirmation.

Delivery Time Orders are shipped via international express. Due to factors beyond our control (customs clearance, carrier delays, weather conditions, etc.), delivery generally takes approximately 7–15 business days after shipment. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Payment & Chargebacks Please note that chargebacks will not be accepted while your order is in transit. If you have any concerns about your order, please contact our customer service team first — we are always happy to help.

Returns & Refunds (Quality Issues) If your item arrives with a quality issue, please contact our customer service to apply for a refund. The item must be returned to our designated address, and all return shipping costs are to be borne by the buyer. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund.
